Open Graph Checker & Meta Tag Inspector
Extract meta tags from a URL, inspect every Open Graph value, and compare live before-and-after snapshots in a shareable report.
How this Open Graph checker works
Submit a public page URL to queue a server-side HTML scan. The report saves all discovered meta tag and Open Graph occurrences, including duplicates, alongside page diagnostics such as HTTP status, noindex directives, and response load time. Use Reload & Compare to capture a new version, inspect the before-and-after diff, and share the same report link with your team. The checker reads the HTML returned by the page and does not render JavaScript.
Anonymous public reports are removed after 2 weeks. To keep a report for longer, you need to create an account.
Extract every tag
Inspect page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, and social card metadata. Repeated tags are retained so duplicate values are visible.
Compare before and after
Reload & Compare to save another snapshot. Check updated meta tags, track OG image URL changes, and use the meta tag diff tool to see what changed.
Share a clear report
Send a versioned report to your team or client to verify updated Open Graph and meta tags, including what was there before.
Social cache invalidation tips
Social networks can keep an older preview after tags change on your site. Check the latest snapshot here, then ask each platform to re-scrape the page and refresh its cached preview:
This social media preview debugger reads the HTML returned by the URL. JavaScript-rendered metadata is not included.
